Unfortunately due to the personalized nature of this product, you will not be able to change your order once it has been placed or receive a refund. All orders are final, so please check your spelling carefully. 

Please allow 7-10 working days for your item to be received as your blanket has to be individually made once your order has been placed. 

All orders are shipped by NZ Post and generally arrive 1-2 working days after dispatch. You will receive an email informing you of your tracking details once your blanket has been sent.
